MANUFACTURER OF A DEFECTIVE CI WINS COURT CASE
A CI manufacturer won a court case even though their
CI product was defective and had to be recalled. And
they never told the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
about this defective product.
How did they win? The Arizona federal judge said that
there are no FDA rules about defective CI’s, and so, this
manufacturer was lucky. Yet, the judge warned the manufacturer
that this lawsuit could be refiled with revised paperwork!

A SUCCESSFUL DEAF CLUB IN GREAT BRITAIN
Great Britain is the same as USA when it is
about deaf clubs. Many deaf clubs lose members
and struggle with money. These deaf people prefer
to meet at Starbucks then to help their deaf
clubs.
Anyway, one deaf club in Great Britain had
a successful event. Many deaf people came to
that club.
What was the event? Showing old time movies
of deaf people between 1930’s and 1950’s!
They watched the movies and had a great time.

Rene Pellerin’s Corner:

I have viewed the beautiful Nubble Lighthouse yearly.

I went during sunset this year and there was still a clear blue sky.

For me, it is getting difficult to see that beauty!

I need to wait until night time to see it better. The lights shine on the lighthouse.

This bring me some sadness that I am getting a limited view of this beautiful place.

Rene’s show business started in year 2010 and it focuses on the
Deaf-Blind.
