What was the funniest thing that ever happened in a Deaf Schools
football game?

Very possibly the 1962 game that Louisiana School for the Deaf
played against a hearing opponent.

Star running back Jeff Lambrecht had his pants fall down while
he was carrying the ball on a long run. With one hand he held
up his pants and with the other hand, just held on the ball.

Both hands helped as he was able to score a touchdown on
that long run.

Lambrecht, incidentally never played sports in his life before
he enrolled at deaf school at the age of 15. When it all
ended, he was an All-Southern all-high schools first team
honoree! It was the highest honor ever bestowed on a Louisiana
Deaf football player.
