hearing-confused-by-gestures

Some hearing individuals cannot understand
simple gestures given by a deaf person, like this –

* me (finger pointing at chest)
* you (finger pointing at another person)
* you first (hand sweeping downwards and then upwards)
* thumbs up (great)
* touching of thumb and index finger (perfect)

These are simple gestures that 99 percent of hearing people
will understand, but there is always that one percent that
are gesture-challenged. And that makes it harder for us, the
deaf. to communicate with them!
