John Jackson, who played basketball at Arkansas School
for the Deaf and Little Rock Association of the
Deaf during the forties and fifties, may have forced
a change in basketball rules!

During one game with his deaf school team, he
mounted a shorter teammate on top of his shoulders
for an easy tip-in score.

It caused such a furor. Seemingly the rule book
was changed and he was no longer able to pull off
this stunt again.
