in the early fifties, was drafted by the
Pittsburgh Steelers.

He did not make the cut in the training
camp.

Angry he filed a lawsuit, accusing the
Steelers of discriminating against him.

It was mentioned in one of the old editions
of the Silent Worker magazine.

Nothing is known what became of the lawsuit.
