Crawford Carrick-Anderson, who is deaf, was a world class
mountain biking racer from Scotland. He has finished
high in the annual Mountain Bike World Cup races during
1990’s and 2000’s. He also raced on motorbikes but
said that his deafness was a problem, whereas on
a mountain bike, it wasn’t!

While no longer racing on the world class level, he
is still racing within his masters age group levels.
