Deaf prisoner and parole issues

Many deaf prisoners have serious problems with
the parole.

Many of them do not understand the rules of the
parole. They think that once they are paroled
they are free from prison rules.

Many parole officers do not provide interpreters
during parole hearings, leading to misunderstandings
about parole rules.

And many criminal justice officials do not know
how to deal with the deaf, either due to lack of
training or of fear of dealing with them!

An interpreter would ease some of these
prisoner-parole officer issues.
