Description
We are currently seeking a Management Analyst 4 to join us at the Office of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Lacey, WA. We are looking for someone who has fluency in ASL (American Sign Language).

Do you have excellent organizational, process improvement and communication skills? In this role you will develop, administer, monitor program organization, service contract management and identify barriers and provide advocacy while recommending solutions. Some of what you will do

  • Identify problems and barriers within government systems and make recommendations for improvement or resolution of issues
  • Review, interpret, modify and update rules and policies
  • Analyze and assess business, management or technological needs to facilitate changes
  • Use process improvement strategies
  • Organize, train and lead project teams
  • Provide professional consultation and technical advice
  • Develop and deliver business processes
  • Coordinate facilitating medical systems
  • Provide cross-system trainings
  • Engage in community outreach

Who should apply
Professionals with fluency in ASL (American Sign Language)
AND
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, law, public health, health administration, or a related field, and 3 years of experience conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations or a comparable combination of graduate education and experience.

Law degree and actively working as a lawyer is preferred.
