DeafDigest Mid-Week edition, June 2, 2015 morning   -- a movie lawsuit by a deaf-blind man Richard McGann, Brookline, PA, who is deaf-blind, filed a lawsuit against Cinemark USA, saying they would not provide him with ASL tactile interpreter when he wanted to watch a movie. An attorney knowledgeable about these ADA lawsuits, said this is a first!       -- a superinendent resigns from her job Janice Smith-Warshaw has resigned from her job as superintendent of Illinois School for the Deaf to take a new position as assistant professor at Fresno State University in California. She is deaf.
