It has a 4-year old deaf child who loves playing around on the streets. The worried mother has asked the town to install "deaf child" signs. The town said they will install the sign but said no to paying for it. Cost? $200 per sign! The mother screamed "unfair" - because other towns such as Wichita Falls will install signs at no cost to the family. Right now, people are arguing - who will pay for the signs!     Latest deaf jobs: http://deafdigest.com/category/jobs/ or click on "jobs" past Mid-Week & morning editions: http://deafdigest.com/category/mid-week-news/ 02/28/16 Blue and Gold editions at: http://deafdigest.com/newsletters/
