An Australian web site made this comment that the
famed TV shows - The Six Million Dollar Man
and The Bionic Woman both have been big influences
on one high tech device - the CI. The deaf world
has never been the same because of it.
-- ADA failing the deaf
former US Senator Tom Harkin gave a speech recently.
He implied that the ADA has failed the deaf - in
one area - finding jobs for the deaf.
