-- India tells their deaf athletes to sleep on the streets
India is a booming nation, but they won't share the money
with the deaf. At the Asia-Pacific Deaf Games at Taipei,
a group of 30 deaf athletes from India have been
sleeping on the streets. The Sports Authority of India
refuses to help pay for their athletes stay at a hotel!
Why? Same old story - selfishness and politics, with
a lot of fingerpointing and blame at each other.
-- anti-deaf AT&T angry at pro-deaf Sprint and T-Mobile
anti-deaf AT&T is angry at pro-deaf Sprint and T-Mobile.
AT&T wants to avoid giving options for the deaf users
with its Wi-Fi calling services. But both Sprint and
T-Mobile both are offering options to the deaf. AT&T
has accused both of illegally offering these Wi-Fi
services!
