-- hearing sponsorship of a deaf team
KIYORA Kikuchi sells Nano Hydrogen Water Kiyorabi
in Japan. This company has sponsored the Japanese
national deaf women's volleyball team. The front of
the team jerseys show the company's name and logo.
Japanese deaf women are lucky because we don't see
this happening with any of our deaf American teams!

-- officially mute and dumb
In Namibia, the Statistics Agency (just like
our Census Bureau) has been officially calling
the deaf as mute and dumb. It says so in
the agency's disability report. Disability
advocates are very angry about it.
-- deaf agency possibly involved in a crime
A deaf agency is being investigated by police,
accused of hiring a hearing Russian woman
to sell lottery tickets as a fund raiser.
The police suspect the woman was "forced"
to sell tickets in order to make a living.
It is not happening in USA; the accused
agency is the Icelandic Association of the
Deaf in Reykjavík, Iceland!
