-- Contest judges overwhelmed by a deaf contestant
Italy has its' own favorite TV program - Italia's Got Talent.
Martina Giammarini, who is deaf, took part in a recent
program; her dancing skills won everyone's heart, including
the judges. Everyone was amazed that she was able to feel
the vibrations to give a top notch performance, better than
her hearing contestants.
-- Starkey sued by a fired executive
Starkey is one of the world's biggest hearing aid
manufacturers. This company created waves by firing
several top executives, but would not explain why.
Many thought it was because of the Starkey-Clinton
money laundering scandal. Seems it is something
else - a power struggle between CEO Bill Austin with
his stepson Brandon Sawalich and the fired president
Jerry Ruzicka and Vice President Keith Guggenberger.
Seems that Ruzicka refused to promote the stepson,
and it led to a screaming match between the CEO
and the president. And Guggenberger, who was
fired, has filed a $11 million dollar lawsuit.
The drama never ends!
