Tebogo Moalosi, who is deaf, is a wedding
planner. Her weddings are different from other
weddings. She does not like traditional, white
dress weddings. Her theme is folk weddings,
saying it is more fun than quiet weddings.
She has been planning weddings for only one
year but already has a list of client brides.
Where is she located? Sorry, not in USA, but
in Mahalapye, Botswana! Wrote a newspaper reporter:

The Burlington County Times (NJ) printed an angry
letter by an anti-interpreter person. He objected to
some interpreters that have become famous because
of the public fascination with these "magical"
signing skills.. He said these interpreters have
become more "important" than the hearing speakers.
Is that man crazy? Yes!

A food critic made some interesting comments about the
Mozzeria, San Francisco's deaf-owned restaurant.
Their pizzas are the best in the city; Mozzeria has
expanded into catering services; most of customers
are hearing; special telephone flashing lights
do not bother hearing; the pizza oven is one of
the best in the world; the inside of the restaurant
was designed and built by the deaf; Melody Stein,
which owns the restaurant with her husband, went to
Italy to learn from the best in pizza and pasta
