FRUSTRATION WITH CREDIT CARD ACTIVATION
Many of us get new credit cards by mail. Most
ask you to log-in online to have it activated.
Sometimes log-in does not work, and the screen
asks you to call their 800 number.
Should you do it? Or forget it? It is always
frustrating when you use the relay service and the
customer service person does not believe that you
are deaf and think you are scamming them.
