For years the police force of New York City hasa
always been called New York's Finest. Right not
it is suffering a huge embarrassment. Four years
ago, a deaf woman was arrested, handcuffed and
held in police custody for two days without
knowing what was going on. She has filed
a false arrest lawsuit. Yesterday the New York
judge said the lawsuit can go ahead.
