-- more on the deaf man fired from Domino's
DeafDigest mentioned a deaf Domino's Pizza driver fired
for not being able to answer the phone. Domino's system
has 4 groups - the management, the pizzamakers, the
front counter and the drivers. The front counter people
answer the phones, not the drivers. Also, the Domino's web
site says two things - Team members are treated fairly, and
Team members respect each other and are free from harassment,
discrimination and intolerance. The fired employee's
attorney will bring this up when the case comes to the courts.
