The Justice people said ADA laws were broken because of these bad captions. As a result, both companies were punished in a settlement reached with the Justice Department.   -- a strange reason for Beethoven's success We all know that Beethoven composed his best music after he became deaf and that he died a very bitter man. Was there another reason, a strange one, for his success? Two doctors and one music expert are now hinting that Beethoven's possible heart trouble was the reason for his big success!
