Whew! 13 words just to describe deafness. What is so wrong
about describing deafness in just one word - deaf?

Starkey Hearing Technologies, in Minnesota, with nearly
3,600 employees and approximately $825 million in
annual revenues, has fired its 4 top executives.
Why? Starkey is not saying why, but it is big
front page news in Minnesota. Something to do with
finances? DeafDigest editor thinks so. Needless
to say, there are many shocked people out there
in Minnesota.
