This is always a sticky issue in Hollywood and Bollywood because it robs real-deaf actors of their jobs. Even Marlee Matlin said, in a speech many years ago, that actors should be able to play any role. Not sure if she meant playing fake-deaf roles or playing any hearing roles? The announcement, however, does not mention airlines that fly over foreign waters and land.   -- reason why corporations use temp hiring agencies There may be a big reason why corporations get new employees from temp hiring agencies. They think they can avoid ADA regulations if temp agencies, not corporations, do the actual hiring. Well, the EEOC says no, these temps must follow ADA regulations.
