Donald Trump is getting plenty of bad press
because of his attitude towards women.
What about the Deaf Woman? Well, according
to Richard Hatch, a past TV reality star,
he made a negative comment about Marlee
Matlin in front of many ears! Hatch
stressed, however, that Matlin's interpreter
caught the comment first before interpreting
it for her! It is not known if she responded
to Trump's insult or ignored him.

One of the speakers at the 1996 National Republican
convention was past Miss America Heather Whitestone.
This deaf woman was part of the Bob Dole's "proud
disabled Americans" group. One delegate mentioned
two things, that it was the first time any Miss
America got involved politically, and that her
"deaf" voice was odd!
