DeafDigest Mid-Week edition, September 13, 2016 -- lucky deaf poker player A deaf man was playing poker with hearing players at a casino. He was hot with his cards and won big money. He left the table with his winnings. There was an announcement inviting him to spin the Big Wheel, which would give him $400 for this task. He didn't know about it and was going to leave the casino. One of the players at the table ran grabbed him and told him to go to the Big Wheel! If no one told him, he would not be getting that extra money! It was discovered that deaf passengers have not been a problem. The problem is with hearing people who are either disabled or senior citizens! This makes Deaf People look good with the airline people.   -- long time deaf actor fakes being hearing Tim Barlow is a well known British character actor, with many years of acting in movies, plays and TV. He was deaf, but but with "hearing" speech, so that no one knew of his hearing loss. How did he succeed in faking?
