-- Robonaut 2's sign language
Robonaut 2 is a robot astronaut, built by the NASA to help
astronauts deal with lack of gravity in space. His name is
R2. During the spaceship rehearsal, R2 greeted people with a sign
language hello! Who knows, his sign language vocabulary may
grow to include more words and more gestures - since
communication is very important, even as a matter of life
and death in space!
-- most popular person at comic book conventions
Who is the most popular person at comic book conventions?
It is the Green Hulk, or better known as Lou Ferrigno,
a well known deaf actor and former professional body building
champion. At the recent Lexington Comic-Con at Lexington,
Kentucky, his booth was packed with many fans. They all
remember him from his past days. What is not known much
about him was that he played a few games in pro football
in Canada, despite having never played this sport in his
life!
