Could a deaf person's back vibrate? Yes, if the
Neosensory Inc is successful. This company feels
that when the vest vibrates, it will help the
deaf person to hear better. Will it? We've known
of deaf front vibrating vests, wrists that
vibrate, but now this - a vibrating back vest!

Marlee Matlin won an Oscar while she was a young
actress years ago. We have had many deaf actors
and actresses - but none of them have won an
Oscar in any category since then. This was the
debate brought up by a disabled movie activist.
