BLACKOUT WARNING ON HEARING CRUISE A deaf person went on a cruise (hearing cruise, not deaf cruise). A public announcement was made during the cruise - that as part of the ship maintenance, there would be a 40-minute electrical black out. Hearing people, hearing the announcement, would unplug their laptops in their cabin rooms to prevent damages during blackouts. A deaf person would know nothing about it!
