DeafDigest Mid-Week edition, October 20, 2015 morning -- a surprise with Derrick Coleman his suspension has been lifted by the Seattle Seahawks. Will he play in the Thursday night game? The doctors must clear him medically first (concussion tests) just to be on the safe side.   -- deaf brother to stay, hearing sister to go away Brother Vladimir Gongora is deaf. Sister Patricia is hearing. They live with their parents in an apartment in New York City. They came from El Salvador, and they both crossed the border to join their parents, already living in USA. The U.S. immigration court is saying deaf brother can stay but hearing sister must go back. Both of them have been very close and she is the only one in the family able to communicate with him (via homemade sign language).
