Selma Sabbagh, who is deaf, won this year's
Miss Universe Canada pageant. She will represent
Canada at the upcoming Miss Universe 2014 that
will take place in Brazil soon.

have contracted with a VRI service to serve walk-in deaf
customers. So, if you have problems or want to buy these
Macs, iPads, iPhones, Apple TV or any accessories, this
may be a good time. Problem is those on the West Coast
may be out of luck!

Do deaf babies talk, even if their parents are deaf and
cannot hear them talk and that babies cannot hear voices?
Yes, according to Dr. Julie Rosa, HCH Family Practice
Clinic, Hiawatha, Kansas. She said that all babies
babble regardless if they are deaf or hearing! Well,
it takes years for deaf babies to develop perfect speech!
