Is Halloween itself friendly to deaf? Yes. But many hearing
Halloween theme places are not friendly to the deaf.
Same old issue - no interpreters, no captions, no
nothing, etc! Halloween themes at some schools
for the deaf are always-deaf friendly. An example
is Oregon School for the Deaf.
-- YouTube Red and the deaf
Youtube is coming up with something new - paid subscription
service. The name of this service is YouTube Red. Since
it is so new, we have to wait and see if captions being
being used. This is what many deaf people are wondering.
