-- deaf to learn how to motorcycle
The National Motorcycle Safety Fund has set up
money for interpreters in motorcycle training
classes to help the deaf to learn these riding
skills. We do, however, have one deaf motorcycle
instructor - Louis Caplan. Not sure if he is the
only one or if there are others around.
-- another honor for Marlee
Marlee Matlin will be the national ambassadors
for Kids' Night on Broadway 2016. It was
announced by The Broadway League. It is to
encourage children to watch plays for free
when accompanied by an adult that pays full
price ticket. Marlee said it is a big honor
inasmuch as she dreamed, at the age of 7,
of being an actress.
