He also was just offered a contract with Fusion Fighting Championships, which is England's biggest MMA company. There is a big surprise about it. What is the surprise? Adams is 42 years old, already an old man in a young man's sport!     -- a strange comment by past Miss America Heather Whitestone A web newspaper today made a list of strange comments by famous people. When Heather Whitestone, a deaf woman, won the Miss America 1995 pageant, a newspaper reporter asked her this question: If you could live forever, would you and why? Her response was this: I would not live forever, because we should not live forever, because if we were supposed to live forever, then we would live forever, but we cannot live forever, which is why I would not live forever     -- sign language in a comic book The issue #19 of the Hawkeye comic book, coming soon on July 30, is having main character Clint Barton communicate in sign language. Because of battles for justice, Clint was so badly beaten up that he became deaf. As a result, he had to learn and to use sign language. Very easy to draw a comic strip with sign language? No, says writer Matt Fraction and artist David Aja. It was a big challenge for them. Anyway do buy the comic book on July 30th.   Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/deafdigest1 Twitter: @deafdigest to make subscription changes, go to http://deafdigest.com, click on the "subscribe" icon and follow screen instructions 07/20/14 Blue edition at: http://deafdigest.com/category/newsletter/newsletter-blue-newsletter/ 07/20/14 Gold edition at: http://deafdigest.com/category/newsletter/newsletter-gold-newsletter/
