A deaf man attended a high school reunion in Maryland.
He had not seen his hearing classmates in some 50 years.
Since he is living in Florida, he was shocked that the
reunion committee reached him via email. The conversation
at the reunion went like this:
Q. How did you find me?
A. I think we found you through your ex-wife.
Q. Which one?
-- Alexander Graham Bell tried to invent something
We all know that Alexander Graham Bell invented the
telephone, but did he try to invent the hearing aid?
Don't know. Googling his name with the hearing aid
invention brought no results. Yet there is a play
going on in Seattle featuring Bell's efforts to
invent a hearing aid! Since the play was a
narrative, the hearing aid story may be false?
